Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of prior experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and event management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of various events, from concept development to post-event analysis.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and materials procurement.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Develop and maintain event schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
• Generate comprehensive event reports, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide on-site event support, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials and communication strategies for events.
