As a Part-Time Lead at Gap Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the store leadership team by effectively managing assigned operational tasks and acting as a positive influence for fellow employees. What You'll Do as a Part-Time Lead

• Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment by consistently treating all customers and colleagues with dignity.
• Enhance customer engagement and loyalty by actively informing them about our valuable loyalty programs.
• Develop a deep understanding of Gap's selling techniques and consistently demonstrate these behaviors in every customer interaction, contributing to exceptional service.
• Provide crucial support to the sales leadership team during less busy periods, always prioritizing the customer's needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support the store leadership team, ensuring all assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Develop and share your knowledge of our product lifecycle to better assist customers and team members.
• Support the completion of essential store tasks outside of regular operating hours, including participation in opening and/or closing procedures.
• Utilize omni-channel tools and strategies to create a seamless and convenient customer journey.
• Adhere to all company compliance standards and procedures.
