As a Walmart Retail Specialist at Acosta Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations related to Walmart accounts. This position involves managing various facets of customer and client interactions, including processing forms, assisting with financial tools, reconciling trade spend, monitoring order and claims data, and facilitating data submissions. You will act as a key support for the broader business team, ensuring seamless execution and communication. Qualifications:

• Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external teams to strengthen and modernize business processes and capabilities.
• Proven strong and effective skills in time management, communication, and proactive problem-solving.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a retail support or food brokerage environment is highly preferred, or a relevant college degree.
• At least 3 to 5 years of prior experience in data entry and administrative support, ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both for internal team coordination and external client engagement.
• A self-motivated individual with a strong drive to identify and resolve issues.
• Efficient and effective command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to professionally represent Acosta Group in all interactions.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00

Responsibilities:

• The Walmart Retail Specialist will be responsible for creating and processing customer-specific forms, managing client financial reporting tools, and performing trade spend reconciliation.
• Provide comprehensive support for the Business Manager and client-specific needs across all essential job functions.
• Generate customer contracts and related forms through various customer portals, Acosta internal systems (like Sprint and Relay), and Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist with client financial tools, including the creation and maintenance of customer events as required.
• Execute trade reconciliation tasks, respond to claims alerts, and maintain fund balances in alignment with client metrics.
• Monitor order alerts to verify accurate pricing and promotional applications on customer orders.
• Support data management by submitting price changes, item setup requests, and customer-facing information within relevant customer portals.
• Perform additional job functions to aid the promotional planning and execution process, specifically for Walmart accounts.
