Job Duties and Responsibilities of Host / Greeter:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and waitlists effectively.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables while maintaining proper seating flow.
• Communicate wait times and answer guest inquiries professionally.
• Assist with cleanliness and organization in the host area.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive dining experience.

Qualifications and Experience of Host / Greeter:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
