As a Full Time Retail Supervisor at Gap Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the store leadership team in the daily operations and ensuring a positive and productive environment. You will serve as a role model for our associates, demonstrating exceptional selling behaviors and guiding the execution of key tasks within your designated areas. Your focus will be on leading operational processes, efficiently completing tasks, and driving team productivity to achieve store goals. By working closely with the leadership team, you will contribute to fostering a best-in-class customer experience through coaching and inspiring your team.

What You'll Do

• Consistently demonstrate respect towards all customers and colleagues, actively contributing to a positive and inclusive work atmosphere.
• Enhance customer engagement and loyalty by effectively communicating the benefits of our loyalty programs.
• Develop a deep understanding of Gap's selling techniques and consistently model these behaviors in all customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Provide support to the sales leadership during non-peak periods, maintaining a strong focus on the customer's needs and satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow employees and support the store leadership in ensuring timely and efficient completion of all assigned work tasks.
• Develop and share in-depth knowledge of our product lifecycle, staying informed about new arrivals and product features.
• Assist in completing essential store tasks outside of regular operating hours, including opening and/or closing procedures.
• Utilize omni-channel tools and resources to create a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our customers.
• Ensure adherence to all company compliance standards and operational guidelines.
