Job Description:

As a Retail Stock Associate at Gap Inc., you will be a crucial part of the store team, ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise and supporting a positive shopping experience. You will work closely with the leadership team and fellow associates to execute tasks related to inventory management, organization, and maintaining the sales floor and stockroom. What You'll Do

• Efficiently process and organize incoming merchandise deliveries in the stockroom.
• Ensure accurate and timely replenishment of the sales floor according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering basic product inquiries.
• Support the execution of markdowns, promotions, and inventory counts as directed.
• Collaborate with sales associates to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Contribute to maintaining visual presentation standards by assisting with merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding inventory levels and any discrepancies.
