As a Shift Manager, you're a key player in making that happen. You'll help lead the team during your shifts, ensuring we're serving up our famous chicken with a smile and creating a positive atmosphere for both our customers and crew.

Think of this role as a stepping stone to running your own show. You'll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, learning the ins and outs of a thriving restaurant business. By focusing on excellent customer service and a well-run operation during your shifts, you'll contribute directly to our success and build valuable leadership skills.

Responsibilities may include:

• Overseeing team members during your scheduled shifts, providing guidance and support.
• Ensuring all food preparation and service standards are met with speed and accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and the team.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with a positive attitude.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
• Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Motivating and encouraging team members to provide exceptional service.
• Following all KFC operational policies and procedures.
• Potentially assisting with inventory management and ensuring adequate stock levels for your shift.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
