Responsibilities

• FIRST IMPRESSIONS & GUEST ENGAGEMENT: As the initial point of contact, you will greet guests with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude, setting the stage for their legendary Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• SEATING & RESTAURANT FLOW: You will efficiently manage guest seating, ensuring smooth flow within the restaurant and minimizing wait times.
• GUEST ASSISTANCE: You will promptly and courteously address guest inquiries, providing information about the menu, specials, and restaurant services.
• TEAM COLLABORATION: You will work collaboratively with the management and service teams to ensure seamless guest service and a positive dining environment.

Qualifications

• You possess a basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
