Qualifications:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive merchandising excellence and refine in-store strategies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in time management, effective communication, and creative problem-solving.
• High School diploma or equivalent; relevant industry experience or a college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in retail merchandising, sales, or a similar field, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms for reporting and communication.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong aptitude for identifying and resolving challenges.
• Efficient and effective utilization of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must consistently represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Proven ability to meet assigned deadlines consistently.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00

Responsibilities:

• Execute merchandising strategies to maximize the visibility and accessibility of SMUCKERS products within assigned Walmart locations.
• Implement and maintain planogram integrity, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines and store standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify potential out-of-stocks, and communicate replenishment needs to relevant parties.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Walmart store management and associates to facilitate merchandising activities.
• Gather and report competitive intelligence, market trends, and product feedback from retail environments.
• Support the execution of promotional programs and special displays to increase product awareness and sales.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, signage, and overall presentation.
• Provide detailed reports on merchandising activities, store conditions, and any issues encountered.
