While not directly involved in areas like local restaurant marketing or Profit and Loss statements (responsibilities of our management team: Kitchen Manager, Service Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager), your role as Host/Hostess is vital in ensuring smooth operations and positive guest interactions. You'll be an integral part of the team that delivers exceptional service and keeps our restaurant running at its best. As Buffalo Wild Wings continues to expand, we're always seeking enthusiastic individuals to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• FIRST IMPRESSION FOCUSED: As a Host/Hostess, you are the initial point of contact, creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for all guests.
• SEATING EXCELLENCE: You will efficiently manage seating arrangements, ensuring guests are seated promptly and comfortably.
• TEAM SUPPORT: You'll collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure smooth guest flow and communication.

Qualifications

• While specific knowledge of labor laws and financial statements isn't required for this role, a basic understanding of restaurant flow and guest service is beneficial.
• You should be able to work effectively with others, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and possess a positive attitude towards guest interaction.
• A passion for creating a positive experience for our guests is key.
