You'll be instrumental in handling customer-related documentation, managing financial support tools, reconciling trade spend, and monitoring order and claims activity. Qualifications:

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration and a commitment to improving processes and services.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; relevant industry experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data entry, ideally within a food brokerage environment, or a recent college graduate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms is a must.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions.
• Highly motivated, self-starting individual with a knack for resolving issues.
• Efficient and effective user of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to represent Acosta Group with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00

Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Manager and clients by managing a range of essential job functions.
• Generate customer forms and contracts using various platforms, including customer portals, Acosta Sprint, Acosta Relay, and Excel.
• Assist with client financial tools, including the creation and maintenance of customer events as needed.
• Conduct trade reconciliation, respond to claims alerts, and maintain fund balances in alignment with client metrics.
• Monitor order alerts to verify accurate pricing and promotional applications on customer orders.
• Provide data support by submitting price changes, new item setup requests, and customer-facing information through relevant customer portals.
• Contribute to additional job functions that support the overall promotional planning and execution processes.
