What You'll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

  • Greet and assist all customers with enthusiasm and respect, contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere.
  • Actively promote customer loyalty by informing them about our valuable loyalty programs and encouraging participation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Gap Inc.'s selling behaviors and apply them consistently to provide outstanding service to every customer.
  • Provide support to the sales leadership team during less busy periods, always prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow Retail Sales Associates and other team members to ensure efficient completion of daily tasks and contribute to overall store productivity.
  • Develop your product knowledge to confidently assist customers with their inquiries and purchase decisions.
  • Assist with tasks that may occur before or after regular store hours, such as opening and closing procedures.
  • Utilize omni-channel tools and resources to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers across all platforms.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
