About the Role

As a Lead, Full Time at Gap Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the store leadership team through the efficient execution of operational tasks and by serving as a positive role model for our team. You will leverage your expertise to guide selling behaviors and ensure tasks are completed effectively within your designated areas. Your primary focus will be on leading processes, driving productivity, and contributing to the achievement of store goals. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will be instrumental in coaching team members and fostering behaviors that consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment by consistently treating all customers and colleagues with dignity.
• Drive customer engagement and loyalty by actively promoting and educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Develop a deep understanding of Gap Inc.'s selling standards and consistently demonstrate these behaviors in all customer interactions, contributing to a superior shopping experience.
• Provide crucial support to the sales leadership team during non-peak periods, always prioritizing the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with fellow employees to support the store leadership team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all assigned work tasks.
• Develop and share in-depth knowledge of product trends, features, and the overall product lifecycle.
• Assist in the completion of essential store operational tasks, which may occur before or after regular store hours, including opening and/or closing procedures.
• Utilize omni-channel tools and resources to create a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our customers.
• Adhere to all company compliance standards and procedures.
