Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion and aptitude for collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate and modernize creative services and solutions.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking, effective communication, and creative problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field; equivalent industry experience also considered.
• Must have 7+ years of progressive experience in a creative role, preferably within an agency setting or with a focus on consumer goods/retail.
• Expert proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation tools.
• Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills for both internal teams and external clients.
• Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design and campaign work.
• Adept and efficient use of industry-standard creative and office software.
• Ability to consistently represent the company's brand and values with professionalism.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• The Creative Associate Director will oversee the development of creative briefs, visual guidelines, and campaign concepts.
• Lead all necessary creative functions required to support the Marketing Director and client initiatives.
• Conceptualize and generate engaging visual content across various platforms, including digital, print, and experiential.
• Guide the creation of client brand assets and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.
• Champion creative excellence by providing constructive feedback and mentorship to junior creative team members.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform and enhance creative strategies.
• Collaborate with account teams to translate client objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Provide creative support for new business pitches and ongoing client presentations.
