QA Analyst

Description

As a QA Analyst at TEKsystems, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of software applications by executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. In this role, you will also validate workers' compensation claimant demographic information while seeking additional documentation required to facilitate the scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services.

Responsibilities include reviewing medical documents for accuracy and soliciting additional information from various sources such as medical professionals, insurance carriers, and third-party vendors. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, employee production, and accuracy. You will be expected to communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, and text while working with multiple programs, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and TEKsystems’ internal record-keeping systems. Prior experience in quality assurance or software testing is preferred but not required. Strong computer literacy and attention to detail are highly valued.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
• Experience with software testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Must be located in the following states: Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas.
