Operational Management:
- Monitor and analyze store performance using standardized reports for sales, inventory, and customer trends.
- Assess past sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies for increasing revenue and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute promotional strategies and adjust store operations accordingly.
- Ensure effective execution of merchandising plans and maintain high visual standards throughout the store.
- Work closely with the Loss Prevention team to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
- Implement and monitor store safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize store layout and inventory placement for better sales performance.
Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and develop store associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee productivity and morale.
- Work with the HR department to address employee concerns and ensure compliance with company policies.
Customer Service & Engagement:
- Ensure that all associates provide top-notch customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement customer engagement programs to build brand loyalty and repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership Abilities: Able to motivate and guide a team toward achieving store goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with employees, customers, and upper management effectively.
- Organizational Expertise: Capable of managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in retail management systems, inventory tracking, and data analysis tools.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
